Outside of normal practice hours Vets Now cover our small animal emergency work or can help you with any urgent queries you may have.

Vets Now is based in Tunbridge Wells and is an excellent service providing the most up to date emergency treatment. If you have an emergency or need advice please call the usual practice telephone number and you will be transferred.

If you have an equine emergency you also ring the normal number and press 2 .  This will transfer you to the Pierson, Stewert and Partners practice in Cranbrook.  We are sadly not able to cover our own equine out of hours at the moment, but Francesca is generally available to answer queries on her mobile if you request the number when you see her.

Vets Now clinics are only open at nights, weekend and public holidays and they work in partnership with us, to provide a dedicated Out Of Hours emergency service.

We have decided to partner with Vets Now to enable us to deliver the best possible care for your pet 24 hours a day. Being able to use the Vets Now service means that if your pet becomes ill or is involved in an accident during the night or at the weekend you can rest assured that a dedicated emergency veterinary team is available to care for your pet should the worst happen. Vets Now staff only work outside normal working hours ensuring they are fresh and ready to see your pet whilst we are off duty.
